Start by preparing your home by decluttering and removing any unwanted or unnecessary items. This not only creates a cleaner, more organized space but also makes packing and moving much easier.

I will connect you with organizations that gladly accept donations of furniture, kitchenware, books, and other household items. Your gently used belongings wlll go to individuals and families in need, making a meaningful difference while helping you declutter efficiently.

Prepare a list of upgrades and improvements you have made to your property, including renovations, new appliances, or energy-efficient upgrades. This includes your exterior – think curb appeal! 

Highlight key features of your home, such as hardwood floors, a finished basement, or a spacious backyard. Don’t forget to include neighborhood highlights like nearby parks, schools, shopping centers, and public transit. These can add significant value for potential buyers. 

Provide recent property tax bills and estimates for utilities, to give potential buyers a clear understanding of ongoing costs. Additionally, compile any transferable warranties for work done on the home, such as roofing, HVAC systems, or appliance installations. These can offer added peace of mind and value to buyers.
